Microsoft Office 365

In switching over to O365 you may encounter a message saying to activate or buy office. If this happens follow the steps below:

  1. First close all Office applications on your machine
  2. Then check if Office 365 has been installed or not by opening Self Service and seeing if there is an option for "CGD Microsoft O365"
  3. If not installed then click install and wait for the update to complete, if the option to install is not there then continue
  4. When you open an Office application a message should appear on your screen letting you know you may need to sign in. Enter your UCAR email address and CIT password to continue
